Grapes> early harvest during the first 10 days of September, in order to keep the best freshness and acidity, the grapes are harvested by hand in the south west facing old vineyards. Grapes are selected at first glance and then put in small plastic crates.
Distinguishing characteristics> 100% Pignoletto grape, slightly aromatic varietal, small perlage, flowery, green apple and a slightly pear scent. It has the right balance between freshness and structure. A very versatile wine that goes with varieties of food, it is definitely great with specialties from Emilia and Italy in general. Serve cold, at 8 C°
