    Vinification

    A unique style of rosé produced using mostly Sangiovese grapes. Obtained from short contact with the skins (around 24 hours) and slow alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature of 14° - 15°C.

    The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and is aged for a two-month period in steel tanks before being bottled.
